To begin planning your adventure, send us an email expressing your interest. We will follow up with a detailed survey to better understand your travel preferences and requirements.
2. What types of travel services do you offer?
We offer various services, including custom itinerary planning, booking services for flights, hotels, and transportation, special travel packages, on-trip support, and emergency contact services. Our goal is to provide a personalized and seamless travel experience.
3. Can I book the travel arrangements myself after receiving the itinerary?
Yes, once we provide you with a curated itinerary, you have the option to book all the arrangements yourself or have us book everything for you. If you choose to let us handle the bookings, we will need further information from you before proceeding.
4. What happens if I need to cancel or change my travel plans?
You may cancel your travel planning services with us before the initial draft of the itinerary is ready. After your free consultation, we will provide an initial draft of your itinerary within 3 business days. If you cancel your travel plans, please contact us via email within 2 business days for free cancellation. After receiving your initial draft, please note that there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Before Booking Confirmation: There is no charge or penalty for canceling our services before confirming any bookings.
After Booking Confirmation: If cancellations occur after bookings are confirmed, we will assist in canceling these bookings. However, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, restaurants). Many of these bookings are non-refundable, especially if cancellations occur close to the travel date.
5. How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your travel itinerary's specific requirements, including the travel plans' complexity and scope. We will provide a detailed quote once we understand your travel needs.
6. How do you ensure my personal information is secure?
We prioritize your privacy and security by implementing robust security measures, including encrypted communications and secure data storage. We only share your information with third parties as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
7. What should I do if I have an emergency during my trip?
We provide a 24/7 emergency contact service to address any urgent issues immediately, no matter where you are in the world. You can find this contact information in your travel documents.
8. Do you offer travel insurance?
While we do not directly offer travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers cancellations, changes, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.
9. How can I make changes to a confirmed itinerary?
If you need to make changes to your itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on the policies of our service providers.
10. What is your policy on refunds?
Refunds for canceled bookings depend on our service providers' cancellation policies. We will guide you through the process of requesting refunds where applicable.
