Cancellation and Changes Policy
At Ark Voyages, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and changes policy is designed to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs while respecting the commitments made to our service partners.
Cancelling Our Services:

You may cancel your travel planning services with us before the initial draft of the itinerary is ready. After your free consultation, we will provide an initial draft of your itinerary within 3 business days. If you cancel your travel plans, please contact us via email within 2 business days for free cancellation. After receiving your initial draft, please note that there is a 50% cancellation fee.

Before Booking Confirmation: There is no charge or penalty for canceling our services before confirming any bookings.

After Booking Confirmation: If cancellations occur after bookings are confirmed, we will assist in canceling these bookings. However, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, restaurants). Many of these bookings are non-refundable, especially if cancellations occur close to the travel date.
Booking Cancellations:

Each service provider (flights, hotels, tours, restaurants) has its own cancellation policy, often including non-refundable fees. We will provide specific cancellation policies related to your bookings at the time of confirmation.

Example: An airline might offer a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and no refund thereafter.
Changes to Bookings

Changes to your itinerary, including dates, destinations, and types of services, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

We facilitate these changes with service providers and will inform you of additional costs or restrictions, before amending your itinerary.

Please contact us as early as possible for changes to increase the likelihood of accommodating your new preferences.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations and changes. This can protect against unexpected circumstances affecting your travel plans, such as illness or family emergencies.

Direct Changes with Providers: If you make changes or cancellations directly with service providers, please inform us so we can update your itinerary and assist with further adjustments.
