Pricing
At Ark Voyages, we strive to provide clear and reasonable pricing to ensure your travel planning experience is straightforward and stress-free.
Location Planning Fee
Each destination in your itinerary is meticulously planned for a flat fee of $75. This covers the detailed customization of your travel plans for each location, ensuring a tailored and enriching travel experience.
Booking Fees

Flat Fee Option: For less complex bookings, such as short hotel stays or simple flights, a flat fee of $25-$50 per destination is charged, depending on the specifics of the service.

Percentage Fee Option: For more complex bookings that involve multiple elements like tours, multi-city flights, or intricate lodging arrangements, we charge a 5% fee of the total booking cost. This reflects the additional time and expertise required to manage these arrangements.
On Trip Support
When you book with us, complimentary on-trip support is included. We provide rebooking services for tours or restaurants in case of unexpected cancellations or closures.
